Artwork files can be submitted thru disc or email in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and / or EPS file. Text must be converted to curves / or embedded font types. Nominate Pantone colours, order numbers and fonts used when emailing or sending artwork via disk. If possible, provide a hard copy of the artwork with your order (if possible for multicolour artwork supply a colour copy). This helps us to identify if the art has corrupted in the email process.

We can accept files as JPEG, PDF, and TIF formats in high resolution, at minimum 300dpi and must be saved at least twice the print size. These files are not final artwork, artwork charges may apply if the artwork needs to be redrawn in Vector format. Files in any Microsoft office program are not suitable artwork.

Please provide all fonts converted to outlines.

Pantone Colour Matching

We try our best for closest Pantone colourmatch on any items in our range.Pantone colour books are used as a guide for colour in offset printing on white coated or uncoated paper and react differently when printed by screen and pad print on different surfaces, shapes and colours. If perfect colour match is important mark order "perfect colour match required" and we will contact you with viability and advise on this particular print.

Art Approval

Artwork we prepare will be submitted for approval by email or fax and should be signed and returned. The original price includes two changes to the Artwork proof. Furtehr changes will attract additional charges.

NOTE: Delivery times start from the date the signed art approval is returned to us.


Redraw facility is available for the files not suitable for printing. Redrawing will attract charges @ $70 per hour plus GST. Please ask us for a quote on redrawing of your artwork.

Changes to Artwork

This charge applies when design changes are made once artwork is prepared by us for your approval.
